Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at 479-242-2326 within 30 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange. Please have your original packaging available when you call.

We’ll gladly help find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee you received. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used when you made your purchase.
